In my practice, men are the least represented group of clients. I often wonder why that is.    Many men lead quite stressful lives. Would they be less careful about looking after their health than women? We know that men tend to have fewer health checks and often postpone going for treatment until they can no longer ignore the symptoms.

 

So here is an encouragement for men in particular:
